The role emphasizes collaboration with production, supply chain, and marketing to deliver volume and value, with a focus on strategic account development and price optimization. Relocation is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 level.
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CX results.
