Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to grow the regional account base and manage distribution across the market. You will engage with small, medium, and large accounts, defining sales territories and delivering through multiple channels.

The role emphasizes customer solutions, sales analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to meet volume and value targets. Relocation is not offered; U.S. work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work eligibility; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; coordinate with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and inform decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
