Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to manage and grow the regional account portfolio in the Pacific Northwest, interfacing with small-to-medium customers and large accounts.

You will define territories, generate leads, and oversee non-selling processes while building strong relationships across organizational levels. You will use CRM, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver volume and value, develop forecasts, and shape product development strategies in alignment with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a US E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align the sales plan with the marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform new product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals while considering legal implications and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
