Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to manage distribution and grow the regional account base, focusing on small to medium customers while engaging large accounts.

You will lead sales plans, develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, analyze market data, negotiate pricing, and collaborate across functions to deliver customer experience (CX) results. Relocation assistance is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering in volume and value; align with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
