Job summary

Dow, a global materials science leader, is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. You will manage distribution, engage large accounts, and generate leads while delivering technical solutions across channels.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, and leading price strategy negotiations to meet business goals. Relocation assistance is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand the network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering in volume and value, aligned to the marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions on new products.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligning with business goals.
