Idlab is seeking a driven Regional Sales Recruiter & Manager to recruit, build, and manage a high-performing regional sales team.

This is not a traditional recruiting role. You will be responsible for hiring sales representatives and then directly managing, coaching, and developing the team you build.

This is full-time, in-house position and is not remote or hybrid.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruiting, sales management, business development, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and leadership skills.
• Ability to identify strong sales talent and manage performance.
• Highly organized, competitive, and results-oriented.
• Must work full-time in the office.
• Healthcare, laboratory, medical, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or B2B sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Compensation

• $65,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission
