Job summary

GeneID Advanced Molecular Diagnostics in Montvale, NJ is seeking a Regional Sales Recruiter & Manager to recruit, build, and manage a high-performing regional sales team. This full-time, in-office role blends hands-on recruiting with direct team leadership, coaching reps on prospecting, pipeline development, and closing to drive regional growth.

Base salary is $65,000 with uncapped commissions and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, sales management, business development, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and leadership skills.
• Ability to identify strong sales talent and manage performance.
• Highly organized, competitive, and results-oriented.
• Healthcare, laboratory, medical, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or B2B sales experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work full-time in the office.

Full-Time | In-Office Only | $65,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Recruiter & Manager to recruit, build, and manage a high-performing regional sales team.

This is not a traditional recruiting role. You will be responsible for hiring sales representatives and then directly managing, coaching, and developing the team you build.

This is a full-time, in-house position and is not remote or hybrid.
