Aledade PBC, a leading healthcare platform, seeks a Regional Sales Execution Specialist to translate growth goals into weekly seller plans, coordinate cross-functional actions, and drive regional growth. This remote-first role requires strategic thinking, strong execution, and travel up to 50% to connect with practices and teams.

You will lead roadshows, ensure deal readiness, and partner with Sales Operations to optimize region performance using dashboards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, operations, or related field.
• ~7+ years of experience in sales coordination, field operations, revenue operations, or relevant project management roles
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable, high-quality field execution
• Experience managing sales pipelines, event planning, and cross-functional handoffs
• Familiarity with contract workflows, CRM systems, and reporting tools
• Required to travel regionally up to 50% as needed for in-field coordination

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into an integrated weekly execution plan for sellers.
• Own the regional operating rhythm and execution cadence, advising on resource allocation and team calendars.
• Design and lead the regional roadshow strategy, event planning, and post-roadshow evaluation.
• Drive deal readiness and contracting across the region; prepare and quality-check offer materials and documents.
• Serve as the regional Field Marketing liaison, aligning event strategy and post-event follow-ups.
• Analyze and communicate regional execution performance with dashboards and metrics.
• Define and lead the region’s AI strategy to improve productivity and visibility.
