Regional Sales Manager West - Industrial - Trojan

This position is responsible for expanding sales and profit margins within the assigned territory, establishing relationships with key personnel, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities include:

• Representing Trojan Technologies to prospective customers for Mobile Rental and System Sales activities in your territory.
• Driving new customer acquisition and managing strategic partnerships.
• Meeting or exceeding sales and funnel growth targets using CRM tools.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or related sciences.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel-based sales or 3+ years managing sales teams in relevant industrial markets.
• Proven track record negotiating contracts over $1 million.
• Ability to travel 50-70% within the Western US.

Preferred qualifications:

• Based near a major airport in the Western US.
• Experience with "Water as a Service" or mobile filtration rentals.

Compensation and benefits:

The salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 USD/year, plus commission. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), flexible hours, and professional development opportunities.
