Regional Sales Manager West - Industrial - Trojan

Position Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within the assigned territory on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and meets targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. This position is part of the Sales team and will be remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the face of Trojan Technologies to prospective customers for all Mobile Rental and System Sales activities within your territory. Drive new customer acquisition, meet with customers, and manage strategic partnerships.
• Ensure achievement of sales plans by managing opportunities and sales funnel through CRM.
• Meet or exceed new customer and funnel growth targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Engineering or related science preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel-based selling or 3+ years managing sales personnel in industrial markets, including Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Power, Water Markets, Mobile filtration solutions, water treatment services, chemical sales, or capital equipment.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing contracts over $1m.
• Ability to travel 50-70% within the Western US.

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in the Western US, within an hour's drive of a major airport.
• Experience with "Water as a Service" or water mobile filtration rentals.

Compensation

Range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD annually, plus commission. The actual salary will depend on experience, qualifications, and other factors.
