Role Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will focus on growth and expansion of sales and profit margins within the assigned territory, establishing relationships with key personnel and meeting sales targets.

This position is remote and part of the Sales team.

Typical Day

• Represent Trojan Technologies to prospective customers, drive new acquisitions, and manage partner relationships.
• Achieve sales targets through CRM management and organizational best practices.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related science.
• 8+ years in direct/channel sales or 3+ years managing sales teams in industrial markets, including chemicals, mining, oil & gas, power, water, etc.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills for contracts over $1M.
• Ability to travel 50-70% within the Western US.

Preferred Qualifications

• Based near a major airport in the Western US.
• Experience with Water as a Service or mobile water filtration rentals.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD/year, plus commissions. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, and 401(k).
