Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within the assigned territory. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and meets targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. This position is remote and part of the Sales team.

What You Will Do

• Be the face of Trojan to prospective customers for Mobile Rental and System Sales activities within your territory. Drive new customer acquisition, meet with customers, and cultivate strategic partnerships.
• Ensure achievement of sales plans by managing the opportunity/sales funnel through Trojan Technologies' CRM.
• Meet or exceed new customer and funnel growth targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Engineering or related science preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel-based selling, or 3+ years managing sales personnel in industrial markets such as Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Power, or Water Markets, including mobile filtration solutions and water treatment services.
• Proven track record of negotiating & closing contracts over $1 million in premium-priced products in channel and direct sales.
• Ability to travel 50-70% within the Western US.

Preferred Skills

• Based in the Western US, within an hour of a major airport.
• Experience with "Water as a Service" or water mobile filtration rentals.

Additional Information

Compensation range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD/year, plus commission. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
