Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growing and expanding direct sales and profit margins within the assigned territory, establishing professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts, and meeting targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Trojan Technologies to prospective customers for Mobile Rental and System Sales activities within your territory. Drive new customer acquisition, meet with customers, and manage strategic partnerships.
2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by managing opportunities and sales funnel through our CRM system.
3. Meet or exceed new customer and funnel growth targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Engineering or related science preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel sales, or 3+ years managing sales personnel in industrial markets such as Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Power, or Water Markets, including water treatment solutions.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing contracts over $1M in premium-priced products.
• Ability to travel 50-70% within the Western US.

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in the Western US, near a major airport.
• Experience with "Water as a Service" or mobile water filtration rentals.
