Job summary

Master’s Transportation in Austin, TX seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales efforts, identify opportunities, and build strong client relationships across transit agencies, school districts, and private fleets.

The role requires at least three years of sales success, strong pricing/negotiation skills, and excellent leadership and communication abilities. Travel is required to cover the territory, with competitive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years sales experience with a proven results track record.
• Previous vehicle sales a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all aspects of a sale, including evaluation, pricing, contract development, fulfillment, and payment according to the contract.
• Develop relationships with transit agencies, school districts and private fleet operators to win bids and RFPs.
• Manage all sales activities within the assigned territory, including travel to make sales visits.
• Forecast and track sales in Salesforce and report to the Director of Sales.
• Represent the company at trade association meetings and stay updated on industry trends.
