Job summary

Master’s Transportation is seeking a Public Sector Regional Sales Manager to develop and secure new business with government customers in the assigned region. You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with municipalities, transit agencies, school districts, and other public organizations, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver shuttle buses and passenger vans.

Regular travel (50-60%) is expected to identify procurement opportunities before bids, provide accurate proposals,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of successful sales experience in B2B, fleet, transportation, or public sector sales.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM to manage activity, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
• Previous vehicle, shuttle bus, or fleet sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, create, and secure new business opportunities within a region with public sector and government customers.
• Promote shuttle buses, passenger vans, and transportation solutions by assessing customer needs.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle: prospecting, pricing, negotiations, contracts, order fulfillment, post-sale follow-up.
