Job summary

ACR (AmerCareRoyal) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales by calling on an established network of distributors and prospecting new business within a Houston–San Antonio–Austin territory.

The role requires 3+ years of outside B2B sales in food service distributors, a bachelor's degree is preferred, and candidates must reside in the territory with a home office. Travel up to 50% is expected, and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales in food service distributors or related field
• B2B sales experience with customers/businesses
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Based in assigned region with home office setup
• Reliable transportation for travel
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with CRM software preferred
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & internet

Responsibilities

• Generate sales by calling on an established distributor network and prospect new business in the assigned territory
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve productivity and problem-solve
• Analyze customer inquiries and opportunities; negotiate solutions on service, quality and pricing
• Bridge different customer and marketplace aspects to identify needs, motives and solutions
• Secure and report market and competitive information related to selling ACR products
• Document account information and attend occasional trade shows, meetings and events
