Royal Cup, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager in the Fort Worth, TX area to retain and grow existing accounts across Healthcare, Senior Living, Food & Beverage, and Hospitality.

You will spend time with buyers and decision-makers, using data to spot growth opportunities and drive measurable results across our product portfolio. You will engage stakeholders, expand SKU footprint, and develop account growth plans while leveraging Power BI and strong consultative selling skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data/reporting tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT skills.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness and ability to travel across an assigned territory, including overnight travel.
• A valid driver's license and personal auto insurance as required by state law.

Aufgaben

• Be in market with your accounts regularly, maintaining in-person presence with buyers and decision-makers.
• Engage stakeholders at each account to understand influence and decision roles.
• Drive SKU expansion across the portfolio, using Power BI to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop and use customer-facing materials and product tools to lead growth conversations.
• Create and execute account growth plans focusing on upsell, cross-sell, and wallet-share.
• Present new products and innovation ideas in the context of each customer's business.
