Job summary

Rohrer Aesthetics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in Texas (remote – based in Houston or Dallas) to own and grow their assigned territory. You will prospect, build relationships, and drive the sales pipeline with urgency and professionalism in clinical environments.

This hunter role requires heavy cold calling, high-volume meetings, and advancing opportunities via in-person, phone, video, and email channels. Travel will be regular to cover clinics and events within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound, inside, field, or hybrid sales experience with real prospecting results.
• Experience with heavy cold calling, booking net-new meetings, and converting to pipeline.
• Experience advancing and closing business over the phone and video.
• Strong territory discipline and clean CRM data.

Responsibilities

• Prospect relentlessly across dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical spa owners within your territory.
• Book and conduct a high volume of first meetings and product discussions.
• Promote the capital equipment portfolio across multiple channels with clarity and urgency.
• Advance and close opportunities over the phone and video with senior support as needed.
• Build relationships with customers and maintain pipeline through consistent follow-up.
• Represent Rohrer at events and local industry gatherings to expand network.
