Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northwest region with a home-based, hybrid setup. You will develop and manage dealership relationships across a broad auto portfolio, driving revenue growth and market expansion while traveling to client sites and events.

The ideal candidate has automotive OEM or dealership sales experience, exceptional communication, and the ability to build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales track record with automotive/OEM/dealership experience.
• Strong relationships with dealership owners, GMs, sales managers, and decision-makers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; positive, self-motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Ram, Jeep, Nissan and other dealerships.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic business development and account management.
• Prospect new dealership opportunities and expand Fox Factory's dealer network.
• Develop quarterly and annual sales forecasts by product line and vehicle platform.
• Maximize revenue per vehicle through product mix and value-based selling.
• Conduct regular in-person dealership visits, product demos, training sessions, and ride-and-drive events.
• Identify new vehicle platforms and opportunities aligned with growth strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Customer Experience.
