Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a MCP Sales Manager for the West Region to drive sales of modular central plant solutions. The role emphasizes building relationships with owners, builders, and consultants and expanding service agreements while managing complex, bundled offerings.

The candidate will lead strategic sales initiatives, demonstrate financial acumen, and coordinate with legal, engineering, and accounting teams to close high-value contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of relevant sales experience; including 4 years of direct or indirect people leadership experience.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Sells Daikin Applied offerings confidently to building owners and owner representatives at the C-level while reaching optimal profit levels.
• Sells, renews, and expands renewable service agreements, including multi-year agreements, to both new and existing customers.
• Demonstrates financial and business acumen to develop credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment with customers.
• Differentiates Daikin Applied services and products from competitors based on business benefits and knowledge of competitor's business strategies.
• Engages appropriate sales, legal and financial resources where necessary.
