Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a MCP Sales Manager for the West Region (Modular Central Plant). The role focuses on selling large, bundled HVAC solutions to owners and their representatives, with hybrid work and substantial regional travel. You will build executive-level relationships and manage multi-year service agreements.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in sales, including leadership experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of relevant sales experience; including 4 years of direct or indirect people leadership experience.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Sells Daikin Applied offerings to building owners and owner representatives at the C-level, focusing on executive-level value and joint planning.
• Sells, renews, and expands renewable service agreements, including multi-year terms, to new and existing customers.
• Demonstrates financial and business acumen to build credibility, loyalty, and trust with customers.
• Differentiates Daikin Applied services from competitors based on business benefits and knowledge of competitor strategies.
• Engages resources across sales, legal, and finance to maximize project value.
• Proactively targets potential customers, develops networks, and advances sales processes toward commitments.
• Determines selling strategy, pricing, delivery estimates, and contract terms for each project.
