Integrated Power Services is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead a regional sales team, drive growth, and apply continuous improvement tools in the Mountain Region with mining focus.

You will establish relationships with national accounts, coordinate cross-functional resources, and coach local reps while leveraging CRM to track performance and results. This role demands strategic thinking and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of motor service sales experience.
• Demonstrated strategic sales experience.
• Mining industry experience is a plus.
• Business acumen and intelligent risk taker.
• Strategic planning and account planning.
• Leadership impact and teamwork.
• Integrative thinker and effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in national market accounts.
• Coordinate involvement of company personnel to meet objectives and expectations.
• Conduct joint sales calls with IPS Account managers to drive growth.
• Coach, train and develop local sales representatives.
• Support and lead utilization of CRM activity within the market.
• Team with Marketing to create collateral that supports solution selling.
• Provide market information to drive success in the designated region.
