Job summary

MST is seeking an experienced Sales Manager - North America to lead regional sales operations, drive revenue growth and expand market share across mining and industrial customers. You will manage a regional team, maintain executive relationships, and ensure disciplined pipeline management.

You will also engage with key customers, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Delivery teams, and travel regularly to support strategic opportunities in the region.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership in mining/heavy industry or industrial tech.
• Experience leading regional or national sales teams.
• Strong capability in managing executive-level accounts.
• Track record of revenue growth and meeting targets.

Responsibilities
