Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive growth and lead a regional sales team in the Mountain Region with a heavy focus on mining. You will utilize CPI tools and servant leadership to establish sales objectives and coordinate cross-functional resources.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of motor service sales experience, strong strategic sales skills, and the ability to coach and develop a regional sales force.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 10+ years of motor service sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated strategic sales experience.
• Leadership and teamwork skills emphasized.
• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Mining industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in national market accounts.
• Coordinate involvement of company personnel to meet account objectives.
• Conduct joint sales calls with IPS Account managers to drive growth.
• Coach, train and develop local sales representatives.
• Support and lead CRM utilization in the market.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create collateral supporting solution selling.
• Provide market information on trends and sales techniques for the region.
