Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in the Mountain Region with a focus on mining. You will lead a regional sales team, coach local reps, and coordinate cross-functional resources to meet account objectives.

You will conduct joint calls with IPS Account managers, leverage CRM tools, and collaborate with Marketing to create solution-based collateral for strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in motor service sales.
• Demonstrated strategic sales experience.
• Mining industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in national market accounts.
• Coordinate involvement of company resources to meet account objectives.
• Conduct joint sales calls with IPS Account managers to drive growth.
• Proactively coach, train and develop local sales reps.
• Support and lead CRM activity within the market.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create collateral for solution selling.
• Provide market information to drive regional success.
