Job summary

The Richmond Group USA is partnering with an established food processing equipment manufacturer to identify a Regional Sales Manager based in California, Nevada, or Arizona. This role requires a hunter mindset to open doors, develop relationships, and own territory growth.

Expect an uncapped 2% commission, a profit-sharing opportunity, and an established territory with substantial growth potential. Travel throughout the West Coast is required to cover CA/NV/AZ effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience selling capital equipment to drive new business.
• Proactive prospecting and territory development.
• Ability to understand customer needs and articulate value.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and grow relationships in the West Coast territory.
• Visit customer facilities to understand production needs and identify equipment opportunities.
• Develop proposals and guide opportunities from conversation to close.
• Build a consistent pipeline through proactive outreach and account development.
• Grow existing accounts and identify new customers and applications.
