Job summary

Richgroupusa is seeking a driven sales professional to own and grow a California territory focused on capital equipment for the food processing industry. You will target new business, close high-value deals, and build lasting customer relationships to unlock the territory's full potential.

The role offers a base salary and a lucrative upside with 2% uncapped commission plus profit sharing, supported by an established territory primed for growth. On-site position in Fresno, CA.

Qualifications

• Proven hunter with a track record of winning new business.
• Experience selling capital equipment into the food industry.
• Meat processing equipment experience is ideal, but other food processing equipment sales backgrounds are welcome.
