Job summary

Richgroupusa is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover Texas and New Mexico for processing and packaging equipment. You will drive revenue growth, identify opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closure.

In this consultative role you will build relationships with manufacturers and key decision-makers, travel 50–60% of the time, and collaborate with support teams to deliver tailored solutions that improve productivity and profitability for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling processing equipment, packaging machinery, or other industrial capital equipment.
• Strong business development and prospecting skills.
• Track record of successfully managing a sales territory and growing revenue.
• Ability to develop relationships with manufacturers and key decision-makers.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Texas and New Mexico territory.
• Develop new business opportunities and close deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers and key decision-makers.
• Coordinate sales efforts with technical and applications teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Travel approximately 50–60% to client sites.
