Job summary

The Richmond Group USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for flexible packaging films and consumables, covering Northern California, Nevada, Alaska and Hawaii. You will drive growth in the packaging films and related materials while coordinating with the equipment sales team.

Ideal candidates have proven sales success in CPG or food processing within meat, cheese, dairy or bakery sectors, are located in Northern California or Nevada, and are willing to travel weekly across the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience selling flexible packaging into CPG or food processors in meat/cheese/dairy/bakery industries.
• Residence in Northern California or Nevada; Northern California preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50%–60% weekly.
• Proven success meeting sales quotas and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Sell flexible films, pouches and related packaging materials.
• Partner with equipment sales team to develop opportunities in new and existing accounts.
• Grow and manage the territory across Northern California, Nevada, Alaska and Hawaii.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key customers, track sales performance.
