Electrical Career Specialists, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Regional Sales Manager to grow business across Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine.

This outside sales role focuses on investor-owned and municipal utilities, requiring travel and strong technical aptitude. You will develop opportunities, present product value, and manage a growing multi-state territory with a competitive compensation package including a base salary and uncapped commissions.

Competenze

• Sales experience in electric utility, electrical, industrial or related technical market.
• Open to both seasoned and early career salespeople.
• Existing utility relationships within the territory preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical product value clearly.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain relationships with utility customers and key accounts.
• Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and field training.
• Work with product specialists on specifications, quotations and sales strategy.
• Support product evaluations, approvals, pilots and rollouts.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows.
• Monitor market activity, customer needs and competitive developments.
