Job summary

Lobby Co is expanding its medical device platform in the Houston area, seeking a senior sales leader with a track record in operating room environments and capital equipment cycles. The role rewards a base salary of $250,000 with potential total compensation up to $500,000, including equity, car allowance, and full expenses.

Ideal candidates will have C-suite exposure and startup robotics experience, strong healthcare relationships in Houston, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, reputable institution.
• Five+ years of medical and capital sales experience in the Operating Room.
• Startup experience selling disruptive surgical technology.
• Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in the specified geographic area.
• Leadership demonstrated through professional involvement in sports, clubs, or associations.
• C‑suite experience, disruptive and robotics preferred.
• Understands the capital sales cycle.
• Ability to travel.
