Premier Tech Growers and Consumers is a North American leader in horticulture markets, offering broad coverage from coast-to-coast. This remote role focuses on driving growth, developing market strategies, and delivering customer value across assigned territories.

You will travel about 30% of the time to key territories, steer strategic plans and KPI drivers, and collaborate with teams to meet revenue objectives while expanding premier brand presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a management role within sales.
• Proven field sales experience in the horticulture industry.
• Strong business development skills using value-based selling.
• Strategic thinker with a global perspective.

Responsibilities
