Job summary

Premier Tech Growers and Consumers in North America seeks an accomplished Sales Manager to drive growth across markets. You will lead a sales team, coaching and developing high performers to hit bold targets while aligning with strategic initiatives.

You will plan and execute go-to-market programs, manage budgets, build long-lasting client relationships, and travel ~30% to territories. Remote-friendly role with strong leadership and value-based selling required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a management role.
• Proven field sales experience in the horticulture industry.
