PNC is seeking an experienced leader to coordinate daily customer/prospect management activities and drive growth by coaching a team to execute strategic sales plans. You will manage risk, build relationships with clients, and leverage PNC’s product suite to expand the client base.

The role emphasizes developing talent and aligning day-to-day work with strategic goals. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in the industry, with at least 5 years in a management role, and hold a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree; 8+ years industry experience; 5+ years in management typically required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates daily activities of team members engaged in customer/prospect management.
• Manages risk and drives quality for new/existing clients, mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Builds and leverages senior internal/external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships; promotes full range of PNC products.
• Develops and coaches staff; monitors progress against goals and updates team on progress; connects strategy to day-to-day activities.
• Coaches team on analyzing, evaluating and mitigating credit risk using internal policies.
