Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Sales Leader for the Distribution Transformer business in North America. You will lead a team of sales professionals, drive growth with utilities, co-ops, and distributors, and coordinate with factories to ensure market competitiveness.

You will influence pricing, mentor Account Managers, and provide forecasts and market insights while traveling up to 50% of the time. This remote role reports to the North American Sales Executive for Power Transmission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years in Electric Transmission & Distribution Grid industry with technical knowledge of transformers.
• Minimum of 5 years in commercial, marketing, or operational roles in T&D space.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing/leading experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy for GE Vernova Distribution Transformer business in North America.
• Meet or exceed order intake and margin plans for the DT segment.
• Lead a team of Product Sales Specialists in targeting IOUs, Co-ops, and Distributors.
• Drive pricing strategy and negotiate terms, commitments, and risk.
• Provide forecasts and market intelligence; collaborate with Marketing and Engineering.
