GE Vernova is seeking a Sales Leader to drive growth for the Distribution Transformer (DT) business in North America. You will lead direct sales, reps, and distributors to penetrate IOUs, co-ops, and municipalities, serving as the liaison between factories and customers to ensure top-tier service.

This commercially driven role requires relationship leadership, strategic planning, and execution to achieve order and margin targets, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent knowledge/experience).
• 10 years of experience in Electric Transmission & Distribution Grid industry or similar.
• 5 years of commercial/marketing/operational experience, preferably in T&D.
• 2 years of experience managing/leading professionals.

Mansioni

• Lead growth strategy for the Distribution Transformer business segment.
• Meet or exceed order intake and margin plan for the DT segment.
• Lead a team of Product Sales Specialists in selling DT to IOUs, co-ops, distributors.
• Support tendering activities and ensure compliance with instructions.
• Lead pricing strategy and negotiations.
• Drive regional pipeline and improve capture rate.
• Define and execute business development roadmaps.
