Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth across North America.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within utilities, EPCs, developers, and industrial customers.

  • Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pre‑sales, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Oversee pre‑sales and project coordination activities to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, and project management teams to support successful project delivery.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting to meet or exceed targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and site visits as needed.

  • Proven experience in sales and project management within energy, power transmission, or renewable sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and regional operations.
  • Experience working with utilities, EPCs, or developers is highly preferred.
