Job summary

Chamberlain Group, a global leader in smart access solutions, seeks a senior sales leader to propel growth for LiftMaster CAS and PAS. You will build and manage a robust pipeline, lead regional teams, and collaborate with dealers and integrators to execute strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities include tracking activity in CRM, generating leads, and translating market data into actionable plans. Travel up to 70% domestically and internationally, with bilingual capability a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% (domestic and international).
• Fluency in Spanish or French-Canadian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and create a pipeline of prospects and track to closure, providing reporting at each step of the journey on CRM.
• Provide leadership to all of the sales team across the regions on strategy for the respective product lines, CAS or PAS.
• Work cross functionally to develop, track and analyze collected customer & market data and make recommendations for sales execution and strategic sales roadmap.
• Conduct projects and programs to generate sales of LiftMaster CAS and PAS products to end users.
• Lead and oversee projects in partnership with key dealers and integrators.
• Generate and follow-up on leads to fulfill the sales pipeline; determine best approach to close sales.
• Track and record activity on accounts in the CRM.
• Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
