Job summary

National Corporate Housing is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable sales growth by leading outside sales teams in assigned markets. The role requires hands-on coaching, data analytics for forecasting, and strong communication with clients.

You will collaborate with General Managers, support sales targets, and participate in the full sales cycle to win business. The position includes remote weekly meetings and quarterly in-person collaboration at National's Denver

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful people management experience in sales.
• 5+ years of personal selling experience including lead generation.
• Experience in Corporate Housing, Property, Hospitality, or Lodging.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach outside sales team to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with General Managers to align sales strategy.
• Join sales calls with clients to close business and coach BDRs.
• Produce reports on key data metrics for forecasting and performance.
• Attend meetings with SVPs and Regional Directors, including remote weekly and quarterly in-person at the Denver office.
