Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing a medium-size sales organization in manufacturing.
• Experience in packaging and logistics preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to drive change from transactional sales to consultative selling.
• Strategic thinking with ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
