Responsibilities

• Grow sales in the Northeast region through expansion with existing customers and new markets.
• Manage OEM projects and customer relationships with focus on OEM partnerships.
• Develop and deploy a territory business plan detailing opportunities and growth.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and prospects.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) for opportunity tracking and reporting on sales opportunities.
• Aim for 20% year-over-year sales growth.
• Leverage Elmo technical staff to meet customer needs and present product advantages.
• Handle incoming leads in the territory.
• Create strategic quotes, follow up, convert to orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Produce an 18-month rolling forecast and identify annual sales targets.
