Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of sales management experience with a proven history of building and leading successful sales teams.
• 10+ years of sales and/or sales leadership experience in complex solution-based selling.
• Experience within Digital Printing Solutions, Graphic Communications, or related industries preferred.
• Formal solution-selling or strategic-selling training.
• Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, negotiation, and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales professionals driving profitable growth and expanding key customer relationships across Ricoh's Commercial & Industrial Printing portfolio.
• Execute sales strategy, manage territory, coach team members, and develop executive-level relationships with key customers.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Pricing, Professional Services, and executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and deliver Ricoh solutions.
• Drive contract negotiations and strategic account planning to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
