Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of sales management with a proven history of leading successful sales teams.
• 10+ years of sales and/or sales leadership experience in complex solution-based selling.
• Experience within Digital Printing Solutions, Graphic Communications, or related industries preferred.
• Formal solution-selling or strategic-selling training.
• Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, negotiation, and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue, profitability, and market share in Ricoh's Commercial & Industrial Printing portfolio.
• Drive strategic sales execution through customer retention, account expansion, and new business acquisition.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies; oversee territory management; coach sales team members.
• Build executive-level relationships with key customers and collaborate with Marketing, Pricing, Professional Services, and leadership to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead strategic account planning, contract negotiations, and successful execution of printing initiatives.
