Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Production Print Executive to drive the sales of Ricoh’s full portfolio including hardware, software and services to enterprise accounts in the assigned territory.

The role targets growing market share through strategic account development and robust customer relationships. The PPE will lead demonstrations, proposals and value propositions, align solutions to client business goals, and ensure profitable outcomes while maintaining accurate CRM records and timely

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years business to business sales experience with 2 years of advanced selling assignments
• Minimum of two (2) years Digital Printing and Solutions sales experience
• Minimum of 5-7 years successful track record in capital equipment sales in the Digital Printing Solutions and/or Graphic Communications Industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Spearhead penetration and expansion in assigned territory and accounts.
• Win new business by aligning customer goals with Ricoh’s solutions.
• Develop strategies to penetrate zero-base opportunities.
• Manage and grow territory base with new and existing clients.
• Acquire and grow client base selling incremental solutions and services.
• Meet or exceed gross profit targets in territory.
• Prepare proposals and value propositions for accounts.
• Maintain CRM records and accurate paperwork for each sale.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
