Ricoh USA, Inc. seeks a senior sales professional to manage a defined book of strategic accounts across Transactional Print, Service Bureau, and Graphic Communications. You will own the full sales cycle, deliver Ricoh’s complete production offering, and focus on growth within the territory.

The role requires deep experience in managing large, complex print environments, executive engagement, and a self-sufficient, solution-based selling approach. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years in production print sales or equivalent.
• Proven track record in growth, retention, and solution selling.

Responsabilidades

• Own a defined book of key accounts and drive retention and expansion.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close across Ricoh’s production print offering.
• Conduct Strategic Account Reviews with customers to identify growth areas.
• Uncover net new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Secure new customers within the assigned territory.
• Track opportunities and maintain forecasting using RISE (Oracle CRM).
