Job summary

Fox Factory's Performance Vehicle Division is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to partner with dealerships across your territory, driving growth and expanding our premium truck/SUV programs. You will manage relationships, forecast sales by product line, and lead product launches with cross‑functional teams.

The role is home-based in the region with hybrid work, requiring extensive travel and regular dealer visits to maximize revenue and network expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B automotive sales experience with dealership networks.
• Strong relationships with dealership owners, GMs, sales managers, B2B buyers.
• Excellent communication, consultative selling, and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with Ford, Chevy, GMC, Ram, Jeep, Nissan and other franchises.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic development and account management.
• Identify new dealership opportunities and expand Fox Factory’s dealer network.
