Job summary

Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales across the Southeast US. This role emphasizes expanding OEM and distribution channels, building strong customer relationships, and leading efforts within a power supply-focused market.

The candidate will manage accounts from technical development through production, collaborate with factory teams, and regularly visit clients to deliver compelling presentations. A Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales in the power supply sector.
• Proven experience managing manufacturer's representatives.
• Strong program management and product development process familiarity.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and overcoming challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• High integrity and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual sales plan to achieve targets in the territory.
• Identify and secure new OEM accounts aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage existing customers to ensure sales and satisfaction goals.
• Regular client visits, address concerns, and deliver presentations.
• Provide account management from initial technical development through production.
• Lead with factory teams to ensure program success.
• Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts and account updates.
