Job summary

You will lead a high-performance sales team, define market strategies, forecast and budget, and drive profitable growth with a focus on key accounts and partnerships.

The role requires strong communication, strategic planning, and regional travel to grow our industry leadership and customer base.

Qualifications

• Ten years of varied experience in sales, marketing, and product management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a direct, high-performance sales team in conjunction with manufacturing reps for the Rocky Mountain area.
• Develop profitable growth strategies, forecasts, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Coach and develop sales staff to achieve targets and pursue key prospects.
• Travel to different locations within the area (35%+).
• Network at industry events to build client relationships and identify opportunities.
