Job summary

Bellevue Talent Partners is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth across the Rocky Mountain region. The role focuses on building relationships with independent sales agencies, expanding market presence, and driving revenue through a broad distribution network.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of outside sales experience in commercial or industrial markets, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency with Salesforce. Travel will be 50–75% across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of outside sales experience in commercial/industrial/technical markets.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and drive revenue through channel partners.
• Experience managing independent manufacturers' representatives or distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow regional sales through an established network of independent sales agencies.
• Evaluate agency performance and implement strategies to accelerate territory growth.
• Support sales reps with product training, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Negotiate pricing and oversee large commercial and industrial project opportunities.
• Manage agency relationships, performance expectations, and incentive programs.
• Maintain opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting using CRM tools.
• Analyze territory performance and develop strategies to increase market share.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Inside Sales to convert opportunities into revenue.
