Job summary

Eco-Products is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Rocky Mountain region, based near Denver, CO. You will lead distributor and direct-sales efforts, develop regional plans, and coordinate with a Sales Coordinator to drive growth while upholding Eco-Products’ sustainability mission.

You will manage brokers, pursue new accounts, and participate in industry shows to expand market share. This role reports to the Director of Sales - West.

Qualifications

• Understanding of foodservice distribution and disposables markets.
• Ability to build strong distributor relationships and close sales.
• Experience managing multiple projects and accounts concurrently.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
• Self-management in remote or field-based roles with strong planning.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales and profit plans for assigned region to grow the business.
• Develops and executes an Objective Sales Plan aligned with company objectives.
• Participates in trade shows to promote products and gain new accounts.
• Sects distributor relationships to expand market reach and penetration.
• Implements proactive strategies to hit sales goals and target accounts.
• Keeps abreast of competitor activity and market trends for the region.
• Manages brokers to maximize selling time and clarity of expectations.
• Tracks opportunity pipeline and reports monthly.
• Spends substantial time in-market training brokers and engaging end-users.
• Oversees account management, order fulfillment, credit status, and demos.
• Supports Eco-Products’ philosophy and mission in all activities.
